Anybody thinking about El Centro/ Northlake in the DCCCD for Jan 2006?

I'm trying to keep my mind off of it by doing my chemistry lab notebook, which is due Monday. However, as you can tell, it's not working. :roll :roll :roll

I wish they would have just computed everything, and the computer spit out the list. Technology is not working in our favor here! :chuckle :chuckle :chuckle

I just got home from Chemistry class and also from taking my Spanish test and so not in the mood to do any school work right now so instead I am just going crazy thinking of that letter and trying to find something to do. lol Nothing is working to keep my mind off of it. I really hope we get the letter tomorrow.

I went shopping today. :rolleyes:

I received a nice catalog from life uniform this week. I didn't know that there are so many different styles of scrubs you can choose from. Some of them look like regular pants and shirts. :confused:

OMG! I LOVE SCRUBS MAGAZINES!!! lol

As a med. asst., new magazines would get mailed in, and everyone would fight over them. :chuckle

i can't believe we are actually down to just hours (hopefully)!!!!

jenn, you'll definitely have to let me know the good news!! i just know you will get in! i hope i do too! i am hoping we can become study buddies!

has anyone heard of the dallas nursing sorority? they are trying to get a beta chapter started for the the newbie students and they would be our strength and help guide us. they said none of the students have ever been interested before. i told them i would be greatly interested in something like that! then you get accepted into their sorority as soon as you graduate. the lady i talked to graduated from twu with a bsn and is a nurse at the va hospital. she is planning on going back for her masters so i know she would be really helpful. they said they are trying to get together at least 10 nursing students to get a chapter started in dallas. i think it would be neat. is there anyone else that thinks that would be a good idea? i am trying to figure out why it wouldn't be received well in previous semesters. please explain if you don't like the idea.
