ADN vs BSN

  1. I know it is the same and be a RN whether you have a ADN or BSN nursing degree, but why so many people choose ADN?(I know most reasons are about money, but isn't it some funds from goverment?)what are the pros and cons between ADN and BSN?

Is it a BSN harder than ADN (I see ADN is hard too)coz BSN is a university level and more in depth?

I see many people get A ,GPA 4.0 and it seems like someone can go to Harvard, UCLAand they have ability, why don't they get into university?

In my home courty, there are ADN and BSN too,but having a university degree is more popular in hospital !

Jess, have you considered some sort of career counselling to determine which may be the better option for you? That could be helpful in deciding which program is best for you.
