Pre-hire possible adverse?

Recently got offered a position at a local hospital (the only one I haven't worked at) in the ER.  My background check came back showing a DUI like 7 years ago, and unfortunately I was recently cited for another DUI.  The company notified me they are going to "think about it" and let me know.  Any advice? This new DUI is so new I don't even have a court date, I'm amazed it showed up, basically like an allegation! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  BTW - In no way do I advocate driving under the influence.  I perform poorly on FSTs and this was at 4am after working a 12 and going to a friends bday party... Not a DUI, just suspected.
