I am currently in my freshman year at college, but I've known since my junior year at high school that I've wanted to become a CRNA. So, I have a few questions in regards to what steps I need to take in order to prepare for CRNA school.
For starters, what should I do to make my application stand out? My GPA is currently at a 4.0, but will that be enough? Should I become more involved at my current school, and/or do some volunteer work on the side? Will that make my application look more competitive? Also, what sciences should I consider taking, and will it be looked down upon if those credits come from a community college? Lastly, will 2 years of experience be enough experience when compared to other applications? Sorry for all of the questions, but I will much appreciate all responses.
Thanks in advance!
