Hello All!

I was accepted into the Nursing program at National University. I was actually notified over the phone --- still waiting for my acceptance papers.

My question is : Has anyone graduated or is currently in the Accelerated Post-Bachelor's Nursing program at NU (in San diego)? Any tips or pointers? How rigorous was the program --- structure of the program? How are the classes, and the professors?

Thanks!

Congrats to you! I am applying for there program right now. I am an LVN and am submitting an application for the BSN. Did you take your pre-nursing classes already or are you taking them at the university? Did it take awhile for them to tell you that you were accepted?

Thanks! I completed all of my pre-requisites along with completing my Bachelor's Degree in Health Science. Yes---it definitely took a long time---and if I didn't call them---I'm not sure how much longer it would've taken. I sent my application off in mid June and didn't find out until late September/early October. I'm excited about going though. If you think about it...they have so many different nursing programs there and a lot of students to evaluate. Just be prepared to wait.
