Possible Interview tomorrow for Home Health

Hi Everyone
Been reading a lot of the threads on here about HH. I have got a possible interview tomorrow for HH (although it felt like I was being interviewed on the phone today!!!) any tips on what sort of questions I should be asking or what I should be looking out for?
I am from the UK and been in the USA for 4 months now but not completely happy with my current Employer so thining of Home Health - have always wanted to do it in the UK (equivalent being called a District Nurse) but never got the opportunity.
Can you tell me what you like and dont like about the job? I am an RN of 16 years but currently dont have IV certification yet (not something we did in the UK) but when I told them that they didnt seem to bothered about that...
Enough of my rambling any advice full stop would do...lol:chuckle

I felt like the interview went very well! The only thing I think holding me back (which is huge, don't get me wrong) is that I've only been a nurse for 8 months. A huge plus for me is that I'm telemetry certified. Apparently this is something they really need. They are checking my references and they'll call me with an answer.

They asked me the typical questions: why do I want to be a home health nurse, what do I like about my job, what don't I like, things like that.

I'm going to my parent's condo on Cocoa Beach. It's right on the ocean and very relaxing. I'll be going with my twin sister and my children. Good luck to you!

I went for mine today and the Director was absent so have to go back on friday...got interviewed by the HR and did the med test and it is looking ok at the moment:)

I think it went well - my second interview was with the director this time - 20mins of questions which I think I answered well..then he went off to the HR office and then went...:uhoh21: I was ushered into the HR office and told I need to go with one of their nurses and if I like it they will talk some more:uhoh3:

So basically I am no wiser than before...I cannot go out with a nurse this week due to my schedule so I have emailed them to tell them I can go next week...I ramg them but they didnt call me back.....there is another home care agency in town that have told me to call down with my resume...so still got my fingers in a couple of more pies
