PORTAGE - QUESTIONS

I just finished a course with an 89.02. Just realized they may not have B+, only a B. Anyone know? It can make a big difference on a GPA.

Also, I noticed a few folks saying Portage tests were open book. But every time I took tests, they explicitly state you can't use materials. Was I misunderstanding something?

I took four courses on Portage and you are correct. They only offer A, B, C, etc. They do not grade on a +/- system, so your 89 would be a B. Portage tests are not open book, unless they are lab exams in a course like chemistry. For those you are allowed to use notes.

Thanks for the quick answer. That's disappointing but now I know for my other online Portage courses (math, human development). Any thoughts whether nutrition may count less for nursing programs than science courses (A&P, Micro, Chemistry)? Hope so cause I've been getting As in those - all offline.
