I don't know about other schools but the pre-reqs for mine are:
Biology
Chemistry
Anatomy
Physiology
Microbiology
I'm only just taking Bio and Chem this semester so I don't have anything to compare yet.

It would be personal preference which one was harder, but I can give this advice: Give Chem & Bio all you have. If you master these two, the others will be MUCH easier.
These 2 classes set the table for everything else.
Good luck and work your tail off! It will pay dividends later.

Chem and Stats were the most difficult for me. Nutrition and Biology were the easiest.

Hmm...I slept through Chem I & II, so those were the easiest. Microbiology is by far the most interesting. I would say A&P I was the hardest for me, it is a lot more identifying. A&P II was a bit easier, because I get to put it all together and not just dry memorization.

Chemistry and Stat were so BORRRIIINNNNNGGGGGG!!!
That's what made it hard for me. I have trouble staying focused on boring material. That said. A&P was not much better.
I loved biology and micro though.

Pathophysiology by far was my hardest pre-req... It was online through my local community college & the teacher hardly assisted the class direction at all. He pretty much posted the due dates for the 10 quizes and 3 tests we had. That was the extent of his online class format.
I've had plenty of online courses that the teacher has a bit more involvement.
Good luck everyone!
