Hello fellow peds friends. I have been STRUGGLING to pass my acute care boards. Taken them now twice, and I am at a complete loss when it comes to studying again.
For the first two attempts, I completed the NAPNAP review course (watching each video multiple times), I compiled a ~70 page outline of each disease with S/S, diagnostics, treatment, etc., I did all the practice questions on PNCB, and I worked through about 1K questions on both StatPearls and BoardVitals.
I historically do poorly on tests, but I honestly thought I was doing really well on my second attempt only to do worse than my first.
If anyone has any advice on study material, how you studied, what helped/didn't help when it came down to taking the exam, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks!!
