I don't know anything about NCLEX-PN. I took RN. Don't be nervous. It is JUST an exam. You got through school, you can do this!!! Breathe, take care of yourself, and go in with a clear mind. :) Good luck to you.
Thank you I have calmed down some lol just nervous because of the select all that apply questions thank you so much for your kind words !!!

I would get 45%-55% on nclex reviews. When I took my nclex PN out of a total of 85 I got 70 select alls. Then my computer shut off. Needless to say I was crying and depressed for three days until I saw my license number in the BON site. Relax, the best thing you can do is study and not psyche yourself out. Good luck! :)
Also, you can pass or fail at 85 or pass/fail past 85. There is no secret number to pass. The computer decides to shut off when it feels the tester either knows their material so it's no use continuing (pass), they don't know their material so no use continuing (fail), OR they're at the edge of passing/failing let's keep asking questions to see if there's improvement (harder and more questions). Hope that helps a bit.
