Is there anywhere i could practice select all the apply questions? On the nclex..if you forgot one do you get the entire question wrong? Any times to help me for the nclex? I found the AN study guide and have been studying it but im just so overwhelmed..any help is greatly appreciated!!

just familiarize yourself on the signs and symptoms of the dse. and the procedures. i think if you get 1 item wrong all choices are wrong. base from the practice questions that i had in kaplan qbank.

I know that NCLEX 4000 has some good SATA QUESTIONS. take them as true/ false, that will help.

It's hard to really give advice regarding SATAs because a lot of them deals with whether or not you know if the answer choice is true or false in relation to the stem of the question. =/

I took the NCLEX 2 weeks ago, a lot of SATA questions. I studied the Saunders book 5th edition and I took Kaplan review course (but I only used their Question Banks to practice). You can try the SATA questions from the Saunders CD which has over 4000 questions. Most of the SATA questions I got were basic nursing knowledge and skills, however, I had hard times debating one last choice among those 5 options (mostly 5, or sometimes 6 options). You just have to know your stuff and try to analyze the content that the question asking. Hope that help.
