Hello, Nurses!
Thank you for reading this! I hope that someone is here for helping me.
I'm applying to CES service by CGFNS, and there are three forms on the on-line processing.
The one is my application, the second is Request for Academic Records, and the third is Request for Validation of License.
Now, here is my question.
Do I need to send these two forms(except my application) to the school and the ministry of my home country by myself?
or will CGFNS send these two forms by themselves?
and if I would need to send it by myself, should I put some air-mail stamps in a envelope?
I'm so confused with this, and if I do it myself, I couldn't understand why the fee is so expensive..
Anyway, please let me know if you have any information about this.
Thank you so much!

Are you here in US already? If you are, you can ask some favor to some of your family or friends to (literally) run the papers for you. That's what I did for my PRC Verification of License. What I did was I printed the form from CGFNS and filled out those parts that needs to be filled by me. Then, I scanned and emailed it to my mother. Also, I included scan of my IDs and an authorization letter addressed to the PRC. There will also be a fee.
