Please critique my résumé

Hello all,

I am a new grad RN, currently seeking employment. I have been having problems with my résumé, and I am constantly editing it. I am not really sure if I am doing it right. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could provide some input. Any help would be great! Thanks!
