Nursing Applicats who are looking to start in January of 2017 at Pasco-Hernando State College RN or LPN programs.

I'm going to be starting my pre reqs in Jan 2017 in hopes of applying for RN transition. How long did it take you to complete your pre recs and are you going to be transition or generic RN?

I'm shooting for either LPN or Generic RN. It took me 1.5 years for the prerequisites. But I went above and beyond what was needed so I can apply to other schools.

ok thank you. just trying to get an idea of how long it takes.

Wow. There's usually a ton of people on during the application time....where is everyone?

Just got out of my TEAS score i got an 73.3% what did everyone else get? i think a lot of people aren't applying this semester because of the new requirement of having microbiology.

Microbiology is a new requirement?? When I looked it up it was a prerequisite. Well I hope there isn't a lot of applicants..it would be easier to get in.

It's a new pre-requisite to be able to apply to the program.

I took Microbiology just after my A&P's thinking it was already a requirement. Ha....I'm glad I did then. Does anyone have any idea when we're supposed to hear back? Would it be mid October or so?

Oh yes TEAS score 78.5 proficient. Prerequisite GPA 3.8..

Does anyone know if they'll be sending out emails or any confirmation that the nursing department has received our applications?
