Hi all,
Saw on Youtube that a girl started a community amongst her cohort using this forum so I thought I’d try the same. I’ve submitted my application for PSON ABSN Summer 2022 today, although the final date to submit for a Summer start is in February of 2022. Now I play the waiting game.
My pre req stats are as follows:

Nutrition related course: A+
General Psychology: B
Human development: A+

Hi! thank you for creating this!
I'm actually worried since my stats aren't the greatest because I have all B's in my sciences. did you apply to fall as well or any other programs?
Chem - B
AP I - B
AP II - B
Micro- B
Nutrition- A-
Human Growth and Development- A
General Psychology- A-
Statistics- A
Ethics- in progress
Hey dines!
I currently also applied to NYU and Stony Brook since they also have Spring or Summer starts. I will apply for schools starting in Fall semesters if I don't get accepted into any of these. I feel like paying for all my apps is getting expensive, and I don't want to pay for Fall applications if I get into a school starting earlier, if that makes sense.
My NursingCAS application was verified today (Oct 18) after being Undelivered on Oct 13th due to a missing transcript. I fixed the issue ASAP and despite the bump in the road, my application was verified after 10 business days days of initial submission (Oct 5th). Not bad. I highly recommend submitting applications with all necessary documents at least a month before the schools deadline because issues might arise, and you want enough time to fix any mistakes. It might be a less busy time of year for application submissions so that’s probably why my docs got sorted through quickly
Hey! does anyone know when we start hearing back? Is it after the deadline or before that? I do have a pending grade for ethics which I should have submitted by the end of this month.

I JUST RECEIVED MY ACCEPTANCE!! SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!
Congrats @dines! I'm happy for you. When did you receive it and was it by email?
Thank you!! so I had a pending class which I sent in a week ago and I emailed <[email protected]> from admissions regarding an update of when acceptances will be sent out and then received an email from the <[email protected]> email. I would say email them for an update!!
Oh OK I see. I was just emailing Tuan yesterday, also updating my transcripts. I haven't received anything as of yet. But maybe that means I should be getting some kind of response soon. Congrats again!
Congratulations @ddines !
This is the moment you have been waiting for! Wish us all an acceptance letter too ! Let's stay hopeful @biancarod .
@ddines What were you most afraid or worried about anticipating a decision ? Your grades were received ♡ Did you have any other credentials such as volunteer work or employment that helped? If yes may you share?
Actually just received my acceptance as well!
To answer your questions @Aljoe I have absolutely no medical experience so that was one of my worries. But I attended an info session and they said they take a holistic approach to acceptances and medical experience wasn’t completely necessary. I guess if your grades aren’t so competitive then in that case medical experience would’ve boosted an application. My grades for pre reqs are listed above, I completed my bachelors this fall with an overall GPA of 3.97
