Philippines-Agency-NEVADA

Published

I have just taken my NCLEX in state of Nevada. Do you know any agency located in the Philippines who could help me find an employer in nevada? I need soneone who could sponsor me so that i could have an working visa. THANKS!

hi!

can i ask you something?.. when you applied for the cgfns certification needed for nevada's nclex application, how long did you wait for it?.. and also, how long did it take for your att to arrive?..

i graduated last yr & took the local board last dec.. i'm having trouble deciding which state to apply to. my family's in vegas but they're in a hurry for me to finish all needed exams in order to leave pi.. they're the ones who's lookin for a job in behalf of me.. and my stepdad said he found 2 agencies, i think, who directly hires nurses here in pi.. he asked them about the nclex application and they told him that i don't have to choose a state where to apply for nclex. they said i just have to take the exam, then choose a state later and complete that state's requirement. i argued with him about it because i know that choosing a state is the 1st step in nclex application. he asked three agencies about it and they all said the same thing. is this true?

i found a site about direct hirings last yr & i mailed them too.. one of their guys called personally and asked me if i took the nclex already. i just graduated then so i've got nothing to show them. that guy went here last june, i think.. and had a seminar in shangrila?.. too bad i was in iloilo then..

anyway, i'm rambling on already.. i hope you can help me with my concerns & i'll look for the emails and everything about the direct hiring hospitals/agencies.. maybe i can help you with your concern, too..:specs:

god bless!

Have moved your post to the International forum as more appropriate here.

Few things you need to be aware

1. You are not applying for NCLEX application but to be a RN in the US of which NCLEX is part of that process

2. Ideally better to go to the state that you want to work and apply as regardless you need to meet their requirements. Saying that we do not recommend Ca for initial licensure and much has already been written on that so suggest a good read in here

3. Currently you are affected by retrogression and looking at approx 5 years currently before you will move to the US and be able to work. Saying that it is no longer a guarantee meeting requirements due to the high demand especially from your country

I strongly suggest you have a good read in this forum, much has been written on current immigration issues

Oh and welcome to the site

There are no working visas available, they just do not exist.

The only avenue is the green card for you to work legally in the US. No shortcuts to that.
