Same thing that we see with the LPN programs and the ADN programs that are offered in the Philippines, they do not help anyone but the owner of the school.

I have moved your thread to the Philippine Forum where it is more appropriate.

I suggest that you take the time to do some reading on this site. All of the programs that I am aware of actually require that one is a licensed RN in your country first before they will accept anyone. They are then using the care-giver role as a stepping stone to licensure in the UK.
