Petitioning the CA BRN for modifications to 3 year probation at 1 year mark

Just curious if anyone has successfully petitioned the CA BRN for modifications to their probation at their 1 year mark successfully? I had a great job through a registry/travel nursing, and had to leave since it is not allowed while on probation. My 1 year mark is coming up and I would like to ask for them to allow me to work for registry, as long as the contract is at least 6 months. I'm thinking it may be more likely to be granted if I ask for the specific company I worked for before. I feel like this is reasonable as long as appropriate supervision can be provided and the job is appropriate for probation. But I've done ample research and cannot find anyone who's successfully been granted anything like this. I did ask my monitor who informed me that they've never seen this specific request be granted, but that it doesn't hurt to try. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks, ya'll.
