Personal aid asst vs CNA question

ARO82 ARO82 (New) New

I have an interview next week for a part time in home health aid position. It is a step below a CNA and from the description sounds as if I will be responsible for house cleaning and meals only. May someone shine some light on what my actual responsibilities will be if I am not licensed as a CNA? Is a RN or CNA required to be on site with me? And what can I expect to make hourly as just a personal asst? There was mention of a $90-$101 flat rate. However not sure if that would just be for someone who is licensed. Any explanations on the differences between the two would be great.

Thank you!
