Perivascular Nurse Consultants/IV certification seminar

Has anyone heard of this company or received certification from them? Are they legit? :confused: They've scheduled a seminar at Methodist Charlton Medical Center in Dallas, TX for October 28, 2010 if anyone's interested....TIA

Yeah, I saw this too and also have my doubts. But I'm not that great with IV's and feel like may really help me out. I haven't registered yet... I really wish they offered it during the summer.

This is a well respected company based in Philly area---been arround over 20 + years. I attended one of their programs in late 80's when I was doing home infusion....was a fabulous class, I learned a lot.

I've taken their course while they were in NYC. Sue Masoorli (spelling might be wrong) is the instructor and she is wonderful. Very thorough, and it will help a lot if your IV skills aren't the best. They give you "certification" at the end of it, but I don't think it means much.
