Does anyone know of a hospital or any company that will work/hire a RN with no current restrictions but with a pending felony on their background check? Or what the process is like trying to save my nursing license if I am convicted?

First, if that's your real photo you're using as your avatar, take it down. AN is designed to be an anonymous forum, but especially with a case against you, the last thing you need is someone to troll the internet for your posts and use them against you.
Lawyer. You need one if you don't have one. That's going to be your best bet to protect yourself and your license.

Hey, I'm pretty sure I know you...You were trying to pawn off some spinach on me the other day, weren't you?
OP, I think you should definitely contact a lawyer ASAP if you haven't already. I think it would probably be difficult to find a job as you will probably have to be up front about the pending felony, but it may be worth trying. Either way, I hope it works out okay for you.
