Interview for Peds BMT Unit

  1. Hi Everyone,

I am going to be interviewing for a position in a pediatric bone marrow transplant unit at a teaching hospital. I currently work in a primary care client with both adult and pediatric patients, which has been my first job out of nursing school. Does anyone have any advice on how to approach the interview and what to read up on for the interview? Any questions that I should be asking or any advice in general would be great I am really nervous and want to be as prepared as I can going into the interview

    Thank you!

This thread gave great insight on interview questions/responses. Two or three member who are or were nurse recruiter or nurses managers gave little secrets on how to win over a interview and what they are looking and hoping to find when they hire someone to be apart of their "brand".

Good luck on your interview! My best advice is be yourself and sincere! You should do great!!
