Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed. Nursing Students NCLEX Article

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam? 

Steps To See If You Passed The NCLEX On Pearson VUE Website

STEP 1 This is a test. Go To NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE.

STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.

STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.

STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.

STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.

STEP 6 Enter Your Username.

STEP 7 Enter Your Password.

STEP 8 Click The Button.

STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.

STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.

STEP 11 Click The Button.

STEP 12 Select Your Country.

STEP 13 Click The Button.

STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.

STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.

STEP 15 Select Your State.

STEP 16 Type In Your City.

STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.

STEP 18 Select Your School.

STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.

STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.

STEP 21 Click The Button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

so..how do you explain the people who had to retake it and were able to go and register right away since it took them to the cc page? did you get a chance to ask that? because it appears that a lot of people who passed have tried this "trick" and it blocked them. And others (who did not pass) just went directly to the cc page for retake...coincidence?

hypothetically speaking...once you are done with the test, it's already been graded by the computer..right? once the computer grades it, they already know whether one has passed or failed. and if one tries to re-register, if you can't then there is a high probability that the computer knows that you took the test and that you already passed (if you have quick results). However, if one did not pass the test, then the registration process is automatically open (assuming everything is automated). does this sound like something that makes sense?

I asked him about that and he told me you would technically have to wait for the Boards to send results. you can ask for youself and chat with someone from Pearson Vue. I guess so many ppl have been asking regarding the trick...believe me or not I had 2 classmates who tried the trick and they were taken to the CC page which were the smart ones in class yet to find out that they passed when they got their results in the mail, although I know this trick has worked majority has worked for all. ur not the only one going nuts...all nclex takers are. iluvunursing07...if they offer the "quick results" (considered to be 'unofficial') then they (pearson) already know whether you passed/failed. why would the Board be the one telling them if you passed/failed since the Board is just there waiting to receive the results? so, are you saying that the Board gets the results and decides whether a candidate passed/failed and not Pearson (testing center) who offers quick results (even though its unofficial)? Upon reading some of these threads, some people got their results quick and they havent received their official results yet and when they did it somehow correlated with the pvt...

did you say you this is your 2nd sitting? what was your first experience with the pvt?

I tried the "trick" after the NCLEX-RN today and I got the "good" pop-up. I'm still skeptical though. I gotta see it to believe it! I had 137 questions and wasn't quite sure how I was doing. Now I get to wait a looooong time since I'm in CA...boo for no quick results! lol

Come to think of it, would a representative from Pearson Vue really admit to the PVT working? I imagine they would get chewed out by their superiors if they did such a thing.

Second time taking the nclex. First time got 130 questions. I was able to go to the credit card page... and 2 days later failed. This time, I got 110 questions. I thought it was so much harder than the first time. I got the good pop up!! "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time." I really hope this trick works. I can't go through this again!!!

I just got onto my state BNE the next day and my license number was there.... that was the "trick" I was told to use. They issue a license number within a day or three and it can be found on the texas bne website for us.... not sure about cali....

Pearson trick worked for me. Tested on Friday 1/22 and tried it within 2 hours of finishing and got the good message. Found out I passed a week later, 1/29.

Does anyone know if the PVT works for michigan nclex-pn??? i took test this morning at 10:00am and i got the pop up not letting me pay again.... so i just wanted to know if any michigan LPN's did this??:uhoh3: im going crazy!

Remember quick results is not available to all states! Like i said 2 of my classmate got the cc page and got results with pass on it. Im in california so we dont have quick results.

Maybe, possibly, your classmates did the PVT wrong(like NOT logging in to their username and registering again for the same exam= credit card page). Can you clarify with them exactly what they did? Thanks.

This is my second time taking the nclex-pn exam. The first time i got 205 and fail the test..today i got about 96 question, i felt pretty good until i tried to register..pearson asked for my cc info..im afraid i fail again..i was told the pearson trick isnt accurate but i dont know, everyone i know who tried it said it worked for them. help any sugguestion or advice anyone.

dannangelo...i took the nclex RN and i tried to re-register with the RN and it won't let me. however, if i tried to register for the PN..it leads me to the CC page. so, that might've been the reason why they got to the cc page. i don't know. btw, did you get your results yet? and what state are you from? (you have quick result?)
