The Pearson Vue Trick worked for me. I got the following "good" pop up for 24 straight days when trying to reschedule my NCLEX RN exam on Pearson Vue before my license was posted by the BRN.
"Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time."
I took the NCLEX in California on May 28, 2014 and received my license on June 21, 2014. Most of my classmates got their results in 2-3 days, not 24 days. Anyway, I'm just happy I passed.
What I could have done to get faster results from the BRN:
1) paid for the interim license with my application
2) registered a user account on BreEZe before taking the NCLEX, not after
https://www.breeze.ca.gov/datamart/registration.do?from=loginPage
Good luck, I hope this helps someone.

Congrats, nurse! A classmate of mine is going through this. It's been over 2 weeks since she tested, and she's waiting for results. Meanwhile, mine posted less than 48 hours after testing. Both of us had 75 questions and got the good pop up. She has her IP, I chose not to do it, so I don't think that has any impact on how fast the results are posted.

Same same for me. My classmates got their names posted within 2 - 3 days.
I also registered at Breeze after taking the test and did not do the interim permit.
Day 20 for me but I'm hoping that my name comes up this week.

Okay, I am in California and I just took my NCLEX today the pop up reads as yours. I have been looking at other posts that say "Contact your State Board you cannot register at this time" and feeling like, OMG mines does not say that. If what you say is right, maybe I did pass.

If it's been more than a day or two and you're getting the good popup, it means you've passed. That's the same popup I had after I took the exam and I'm now licensed.

Just finished NCLEX with 263 questions and it shut off. I felt like my heart was about to pop out. Tried the PVT (within about 2 hours after taking exam) and it didn't read like everyone else. Mine said, "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time. I checked and made sure delivery status was good. I really hope this works!!! Fingers crossed and praying!
PVT works!!! Checked the breeze website today and saw my License #. Officially a Nurse!!! That was a quick turnaround time for California. Might be slower now that summer graduates have either all taken exams already? Either way, very happy!!!
