PCT before nursing school

I would like to get my foot in the door somewhere while I start nursing school in August. I've been looking into my different options, I was planning to take CNA training but I came across Patient Care Tech and it seems its a broader opportunity. Does anyone know of anywhere in the Lancaster area that offers a program for this, or what the requirements are you become one. I have searched but haven't found anything. Any info will help.

Good day, mommyrntobe92:

Job Search | one search. all jobs. Indeed.com allows you to search for jobs in specific geographic areas; and you can set up an alert to email you a list on a regular basis of any openings. I recommend using the following terms:

PCT

patient care tech

nurses aide

Davita, in our area, also appears to run ads for new dialysis technicians (PCT, but more specialized; I believe they train you) on a regular basis.

Thank you.
