PCH-phoenix children's hospital Payscale

Hi, 

Awaiting the new tower to open in the east valley and wondering if it's worth it to leave Dignity health to go to PCH to stay a NICU nurse. Does anyone know their payscale that could post it here? Or what a 6 or 7 years of experience RN would make?

Did you ever find out their pay scale? I'm considering applying to PCH but I am unsure of the pay/benefits/overall happiness of the nurses. If you ended up taking a position there I would love to hear your thoughts!
