Hi,
I am hopefully going to start LPN school in September, right outside of Philadelphia in Delaware County.
Does anyone know of health care agencies that pay for school in exchange for a few years of nursing?
There was a thread about this, but all the places mentioned pay for a RN degree, and you have to go through their program.
My credit will be horrible for the next few years, so private loans are not an option. I have applied for financial aid. I expect to be getting some money (grants or stafford loans), but I'm assuming it won't pay for all of it.
The school said they will be sending out some information in a few weeks about financial aid, but I thought I would get a jump on it!
Has anyone heard of any programs or used one for paying for LPN school?
I will post this in the LPN section also.
Thank you!!

TelHai Retirement but it is in Honeybrook PA about 45min from Media. THey do pay for LPN school but you will have to work for them for a year before applying for a scholarship then you have to work for them while in school as a CNA but that way you will get experience in long term care and then you have to work for them for a year after you graduate. I went through school that way.
Good luck
Thank you!
