Pay in a pedi office

Published

Just wondering what everyone makes working in a pedi office. I make 22/hr and I'm a rn. Located in New England.

Depends on your position. If you're just a back office nurse with limited responsibilities otherwise.. Then that's great pay.

also depends on the area/region you are in.

Specializes in Pedi.

That sounds ridiculously low for NE to me. I don't work in a pedi office but have former colleagues who do and I know one makes $30+. Another former colleague of mine used to work for a pedi office and was making $25ish/hr over 10 years ago. This is all in MA though and I don't know what part of NE you are in... if you are in upstate Maine that might be a fair wage.

I'm in ct. I thought it was low too but then again I am a new grad and that was my only offer lol

I work for one getting paid $19/hr and another practice at $23/hr. ct as well. As an LPN

I don't have any certifications (not even MA or Tech) and I make $13/hr doing front and back office, as well as basic patient care. I'm kind of a jack of all trades. For me, working in an office is the perfect job while finishing up pre-reqs and NS, but I def want to move to a peds floor once I get my RN.

Anyone know a rough range for what the pay rate for a pediatric office would be for an RN in Dallas?
