i am just wondering about the PAX entrance exam, i am taking it tomorrow and i have been studying for a while now and i would REALLY like to know how the test is. Is the study guide questions the same as the test? is there an essay? any information would help!! i know you have to make a 92 out of 200 to pass but i am just nervous about the vocabulary and the comprehension sections on the test, beacuse the study guide practice test are really difficult!

I bought the NLN-PAX Entrance Exam book and I studied with that for quite a few months. It was such a source of information because not only did it give you sample tests, but it gave you lessons in the beginning of the book to better understand the subjects you may or may not have problems with.
The exam itself, for me, was alright. The only problem I had was with checking the timer every now and again. The comprehension and vocabulary sections aren't as bad as I thought they would be. Very similar to the SATs.
You probably already took your test, but I hope you got the score you wanted :) And good luck!

HI! I so hope you passed. I am taking it in two weeks, and are very nervous, I did take paxrn and did not pass, some of the parts in the science section of the review guide are straight from paxrn book, very hard and a lot of physics, how was it?

I don't know if I should go out and buy a study guide book for the PAX RN.... Any suggestions would be really helpful thankssssss!
