Shadow and then panel interview?

Hello everyone. I am a CNA with almost 1 year of experience and I have been invited to have a 3rd interview with the hospital in which I applied for a PCT position. The nursing manager for med-surg (mostly post-surgical unit) invited me for this interview. I think her biggest concern is that I will be entering nursing school in August and this is a full-time position. She says she wants me to shadow the floor to get an idea of what it would be like on the floor(I would shadow a PCT for 2 hours) and then have a panel interview right after with her, a nurse, maybe a PCT, and a clinical coordinator(not sure what the purpose of the clinical coordinator is for...)

What should I expect from a panel interview? I never had one before... Also, is there anything I should expect from shadowing... like what should I be trying to do?

I really want to convince this team that I will be able to handle nursing school and working at the same time(nights on the weekends). I just hope that I will show them I can do it.

This nursing manager wanted me to talk to one her PCT's who just got out of nursing school to see how she did it.

Thanks.
