The system cut me off at 85 questions & had about 14 SATA

Hi guys,

I've been following the thread in this forum. I'm so glad that the resources in this forum helped me to success in the NCLEX-PN. It was a nerve-wracking experience, for sure!

I took about 1.5 weeks to prepare for the NCLEX.

Books that I used:

1)Kaplan Strategy book (2014-2015)

2)Exam Cram 1000 practice questions

3)Lippincott's alternate format questions

Also, I did Kaplan Focus Practice Questions which help a lot!

I'm officially a LPN now!! (=

Thank You to all the fellow AN !!!!!

Congrats! Just curious.. so you just focused on questions mainly, no content at all?

Hello!

Thank you!!!

Yes. I mainly focus on answering the questions.

However, when I came through topics/ disease processes that I wasn't familiar with, I revised them!

Congrats!!! So did u think the questions were harder or about the same as the practice questions?

Thanks, zoey!!

I think it is very helpful for you keep doing 'analysis' & ' application' questions .

What are the review materials that you are using ?

I'm using the sanders green book and sanders q&a red book plus Ive been doing the exam cram 1000 questions.

I'm just really nervous about this exam. I take mine on the 29th. I'm really worried I won't know enough or that the questions will be very hard and I won't be able to anwer them correct. I've been doing about 200-300 questions a day and a chapter in the green sanders book. I can do good with the Sanders book questions but with the exam cram questions in getter mostly 60 % and some 70%. I stressing out and I don't know if I'll pass.

Congratulations

Congratulations!!

That's exactly how I felt zoey! For me personally, I think the questions were easier than I expected. Definitely easier than my Kaplan Qbank questions and the Saunders disc. That's why I was so sure I failed when I took mine. I just knew my questions weren't above the passing standard.

I just hope my questions are easier then these practice questions and I pass too. I've just been getting scared that I'll fail.

Were the medication questions hard? I'm worried that when I take mine I'm not going to know anything or that I'll get a lot of sata. I really don't want to pass.
