Thanks guys! How I prepared for this exam was the required readings and I used Saunders NCLEX review, the newest edition. The practice exams were helpful, but not as much as they have been in the past. More priority nursing I felt. This was the first exam that I had prepared for with a study buddy through the EC chat, and we went over every disease, and put it through the nursing process. I really feel that this made a difference. I still have 3 more exams Beachnurse, I am saving Transitions for last. I wanted to get these lifespans over with :) Still on track to be finished with my exams by April, Whoo Hoo!! Who is with me? :D

Specializes in GI, Outpatient Surgery.
