hey

I would like to tell you but really dont know. I am in this same position as you, I didnt pass only one time but fell horrible. They say Kaplan will teach you how to read the questions, and I will try their course even is expensive.

Sometime I think they give u foreign nurses special hard questions and a lot of them. They just program computer because they know we will have an exam at certain day.And they kick us, try harder than with american girls. Maybe they think that we do injections with one needle only thats why they have to get us and check us..:loveya:

dont give up

There is no way that the computer will only pick questions because you are a foreign nurse. It is the nature of the exam CAT goes by your previous answer

The exam is a CAT exam, it has not idea of anything about you, where you are writing the exam from, or which state that you are testing for.

Foreign grads always have a harder time with the exam as many things are done differently in the US, the names of the meds are different, and even some of the labs have different value ranges.

But the exam most definitely has not idea of where you are from.

well i'm starting on suzanne's plan tip 1. i've heard many good things about it and hopefully it will help.

Enough preparation and hardwork will do and of course good review books like Saunders. An on-line prep course might be helpful if you will enroll coz it's just like taking nclex on their simulated exam questions.Hope this will help.
