I received an email from one of the residency recruiters. They have re-opened the surgical ICU position for February. She stated that the hiring manager will be revieing applications within the next week or so. Im hoping this means they will start reaching out to all of us soon.

Thank you! Definitely be ready for behavioral questions I was asked about 10 in only 20 minutes. For every question they asked I tried to relate it back to work or clinical experience. Everyone was so nice! You go this! They also don't have a contract anymore 🙂
