PALS pretest

Hello everyone,

I'm taking PALS soon and I was under the impression that there is a pretest which needs to be completed before class much like ACLS. Can anyone give me information or provide a link. I looked in page 2 of the book but I don't see how I can take the test that it mentions there. Thank you.
