Palomar Health New Grad Residency Feb 2024

Starting this thread for the Winter 2024 cohort at Palomar Health. Applications open 11/22 with a start date of 2/24. Their website says they post individual unit openings, but close them if they get high volume - so apply early.

Have you seen the applications go live? I am only seeing New Specialty RN but the description says it starts 12/4/2023.

a little confusing but it's under "nurse resident" not "new grad". also I've heard there will likely be more posting later in the week.

Hey guys, does anyone know for Palomar Nurse residency in feb 2024 they posted alot of units, guessing you can apply to all of them if you wanted?

I applied for a couple units, so I think you can. Looking back on past threads, seems like they don't interview that many or they just hire internally, but not sure.

Has anyone heard back? I'm wondering if I should not get my hopes up if space is limited or they are known to hire internally.

I don't think anyone will know yet. they're still accepting applications so it will be a bit, I suspect?

Keep checking the job board, because it seems like they added more units since last Wednesday.

Just an FYI I heard back from HR and they stated that each posting on their website is for 1 (one) single opening.

I saw they took down one of the job postings I applied to, so I guess they had plenty of applicants for that one. All others are still up I think.

For an interview? If yes, congratulations! Wow... 1 single opening for all those units. That's not a lot of positions at all.
