the state board of nursing has published its proposed regulation regarding a continuing education fee for certified registered nurse practitioners. the deadline for public comment is april 2, 2007.

this regulation is entitled "continuing education fee for certified registered nurse practitioners" it was published in the march 3, 2007 edition of the pennsylvania bulletin, which can be found at the following link:

In this proposed rulemaking, the fee for the service provided would be implemented to allocate costs to those who use the service or application
