So midway through our Summer semester, our instructor had a major falling out with the director of the program and left without notice taking all of her tests, power points and curriculum with her, leaving us all in a state of limbo. Instead of the director giving us some kind of direction, she kept us in the dark about what was happening and told us all to break from studying. Soon as we came in for our emergency meeting, the first thing to come out of her mouth is telling us she won't give out any information until she knows who is all staying and dropping, and we had to make a decision right then and there. Once she told us our teacher left, she immediately scheduled a test in 3 days covering 6 chapters over new material with no guidance or teacher, and over 90% of the class is either failing or borderline(75%) due to our last instructor punishing us with brutal essay tests whenever we questioned her methods. As of right now, all of us are lost, and the director wasn't apologetic or sympathetic at all, if anything she used this as an opportunity to weed out struggling students by intentionally keeping us in limbo on our studies with cancelling all our classes, tests and clinical without reason, now we are all trying to pick up where we left off. My question is what do I do? I feel like we have a case against the school, but I don't know how to go about it. We have written proof that she intentionally misled us with our studies and isn't giving us any direction on how or what to study for This test aside from "read the book.” That's 300 pages worth of material for this one test.

Well I just read your posts and think the Director knew the program was going to lose accreditation and that was why the instructor left and failing students was probably to limit the school's liability ahead of the news dropping. There very well could be lawsuits or a class action lawsuit against the school. It sounds very shady!
