OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Exam) isn't a written exam, it's a simulation of how you would provide nursing care in a variety of patient situations. Basically, you're given a scenario and asked to demonstrate and explain how you would treat the patient. The examiners are looking for knowledge base, interpersonal communications and critical thinking skills as well as ethics and competence. The only part of the exam you can really study for is to review basic nursing skills and assessments.
