I took the ONC Exam today! Go to www.orthonurse.com this is the National Association of Orthopedic Nurses Website. They have all the info you need to take the test. They offer it in May and Oct.

I thought it was long. It took me 3 hours and they give you 4 hours. By the end I was tired of reading all the questions. It is paper and pencil. Some questions were hard and some were easy. There were alot of questions where it could be 2 of the 4 answers. All the questions were multiple choice. You need about 70% to pass. I had been out of school for 20 years and this was the first test I took since school. I passed with room to spare. I work in Adult Ortho mostly Total Joints so the degenerative part wqas easy for me and that is 28% of the test. I studied Pediatrics and Inflammatory alot. I hope this helps you.
