Orange County sign on bonus/pay

I see its tuff right now in parts of california. Im curious if the hospitals in Orange County are giving out sign on bonuses now? Or if under the current economic conditions its just lucky to find a job even with experience? If they are giving out sign on bonus how much are they? Whats a typical hourly salary for 2 years experience in med/surg in Orange County area?

Also, is it just as tuff to find jobs in Orange co. as other places? Hows Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center or Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center, UCI, Huntington Beach Hosp, etc...? Any other recomendations? Thanks in advance.
