Looking for any/all advice out there regarding travel nursing for OR RNs. I'm a little nervous because so much of what we do is based on "doctor preferences" and being a chronic newbie may be frustrating. Can I enjoy myself without going crazy trying to remember so many different docs?
Coming from 4+ years at a small community hospital (little bit of every specialty but nothing major-no hearts or brains), should I try to stick with small community hospitals or look for bigger spots?
Thanks!

Be very honest with your skills check list, make sure the manager knows what you can and can not circulate. Ask the manger on your interview how good their preferences are. The worse part in the beginning of a travel assignment is finding everything. Don't be afraid to ask for help.
