I have an interview for a Perioperative Internship that I really really really want. I want to make a good first impression and I have no idea what to wear. I am currently a new RN that works in LTC/Transitional care. Any help would be appreciated. It is a panel interview.

As a son of a former business owner, I do have some advice: Dress appropriately. Do not wear denims or shorts. Don't wear a graphic tee shirt. Don't go the causal route. Be sure that all tattoos and inappropriate piercings are either covered or discreet and not IN YOUR FACE I'M MAKING A STATEMENT. Dress or casual dress or a business suit. I'd love to say church clothes, but these days church clothes are not always what they used to be. And try not to bring your purse or any valuables, in case they have you change into scrubs
at some point and don't have a locker for you to use. Leave the phone in the car, or for heaven's sake, put it on silent or turn it off for the interview.
