im getting bsc honours next week, gpa was around 3.2 so its obviously quite low compared to other students with 3.7+. good luck to you :)

So i called York as they do not reply to emails whatsoever, they told me because of the strike they postponed the admission, so we'll be getting letters by the end of June

That seems like forever, lol. Is that for external applicants? I guess they're just lagging behind (hopefully).

graduated from York a year ago, not sure if i'm internal/external. But, yeah, they really take their time ... not in a rush at all

I feel like my destiny is going to be the same with UofT...Iam standing at 3.1 for the year... (although I do have two more classes starting today on athabasca so I am not sure if they are going to wait for them, i wont finish them before June 30th anyways--so it doesnt matter).

I do have strong references, some research and volunteer experience + lots of other involvements.

@yolandabecool yea i knew i was gonna get the rejection but i just kept wishing for a waitlist position at least. good luck to you and hopefully you will get your response soon. now, im just hoping for york or nipissing :( 2 more chances left. i cant believe being a nurse is this hard nowadays, i still remember admissions were a lot lower when i was applying for uni 4 years ago.

Hello everyone !

I just finished my BHSc at UWO with an 84 avg in my final year and 78 cummulative average for my degree. I have been accepted to both Humber and York. I am still waiting on U of T and Nipissing. That being said, I am sure a lot of others on here who have not heard from York or Humber or other schools may be in luck once U of T and Nipissing send out offers meaning there will be more spots available at other schools. From what I have read, I a lot of people arena the same boat as me, meaning that they accepted schools like York Humber Queens Trent ect for now until they see if they are accepted from the schools who send out offers late. Have faith friends and stay positive :) We still have all of June for Waitlists and offers to be decided upon.

Does anyone know what the competitive GPA is for U of T or Nipissing? Did anyone else go to the interview for Nipissing last week? I think I totally blew my interview... I found the interviewers very intimidating and I became very nervous :( Does anyone know when we will hear back on their decision ?

Good luck to everyone! I'm still waiting on york even though my cGPA 6.17 and sGPA is 7.38. Pretty borderline...I'm external and my status is still at "no decision yet". Anxiously hoping for a miracle!

sGPA was 3.7 and cGPA 3.35. Good luck!
