You need to check this out as I don't think they can do this as it is virtually blackmail

In one way I can understand that they are making resources available for you to do ONP as well as opportunities to stay in the UK however this should have been dealt with up front at the start. However doing this near the end is not acceptable and like blackmail. Suggest talking again to them, maybe even consider staying with them for 12 months and give something back ortry speaking to CAB, citizen advice bureau

Amndda I am struggling a little to understand what you are saying, There are many things about your post that give me concern, your standard of written English isn't great, is this because your attempting to text speak or because you need to study more at it? To work and document as a registered nurse in the UK I would expect a great deal better.

I do have a few questions, did the nursing Home sponsor your visa, if so then do the terms of your visa restrict you to this employment? If so your going to struggle to move anywhere else and are going to be restricted to this employment, if your were granted a visa on the condition that you study and complete the ONP was there a time limit, or conditions applied.

It's difficult to comment without knowing the specifics, and what your contract of employment actually says.

What exactly are you requesting from your manager, if you have been working as a carer rather than ONP student I can't understand how your manager could sign you off as fit to practice as a registered nurse in the UK. What was agreed in your original contract, are your required to give notice and how much notice has your manager had of you wanting to complete in February?
