I graduated from a Diploma RN program May 08 have been working on a med surg nurse 3nites a week. Looking to get my BSN not sure if it would be best to do strictly online or class. Class is near work and meet once a week and 2other nite shift nurses are starting classes in Jan. Not sure what to do. Any advise.

Really depends on you - your preferences and the resources you have available. Personally, I live on the computer, and have an IT guy at home who I can count on to always fixes the glitches, so I thrive on online courses, and their flexibility to allow me to do tests at 3am if I am in the mood. But, there are many others who prefer the group setting of structured in-person classes. Think about what motivates you the most, the technology resources you have at home available to you (stable internet connection, ability to get around internet being down, computer dying, etc) vs home schedule/ability to travel to classes, ability to make all scheduled classes, and personal preference.
