online review for nclex.. HELP!! :(

can somebody tell me what are the online review for nclex can you reccommend? i took the nclex finished 265 questions and failed, btw i used kaplan. do you guys know any other review for nclex that could train me to answer nclex like questions?

I have heard the Hurst Review is good. Available through different formats, online being one of them. http://www.hurstreview.com/ I plan to skip Kaplan and use them when my time comes.

im not qualified for the money back guarantee, i didnt graduate here and graduated 2 years ago.

actually im thinking of trying hurst, i watched their sample video and its good ( better than videos in kaplan), but the kaplan's qbank will really help you answer question.

I am writing my exam next month, and I also didn't graduate in the USA.

I suggest you go to Exam Master- they have a ton of free NCLEX questions, and by the time you finish them all (lots) it's quite cheap to pay for more.

Alternatively, there is the NCSBN's online review. It's significantly cheaper then the Hurst or Kaplan programs, as it's more in documentation/text format/delevery instead of videos- so depends on your learning style. They too have a question bank.

I did the Hurst Review online back in 2008, and I really liked it. The lady who does all the lecture videos is a good speaker, relaxed, and funny (in fact, I think she recorded some videos in her pajamas at her home!), but she's also informative and to the point. I just downloaded the lecture notes to a flash drive, took it to Kinko's to print and bind for pretty cheap. Then you just follow along with the videos, fill in the blanks, and do the practice problems. I passed on the first try with 75 questions. And I still have the lecture notes...somewhere around here....

PS-- Do as many practice problems as you get your hands on!!!!!!!!!

My friend took the nclex and failed the first time. then she took kaplan and passed with 75 questions the second time. She stated the Kaplan is the nclex in terms of similiarity

maybe i need to review more content. it's really hard for us who graduated outside US to pass the nclex the first time because the focus of care is different.

i'll just probably go for hurst and practice more questions.

hurst review is awesome!!! I didnt do the online review but I did the live review!! I swear its like nursing school in 4 days.... Would recommend it to everybody.
