Anyone submitted an application there late 2013? And have you guys heard back from them???

Hey guys, I went ahead and made a Facebook group. Here's the link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1381877315411442/

Congrats everyone! I am looking forward to starting classes or at least getting more information about the next steps, orientation, scheduling, etc. Just started looking into the STNA courses around Columbus and the lowest price I've seen so far is $385.

Thanks Erex for making a Facebook group!

No problem! They said something about a May term STNA class at the info session I went to last summer, so maybe there will be more info about that soon.

I had noticed on the prereqs page that they no longer had information on OSU's class. I e-mailed about it and they said they were not going to offer the class at OSU this May. Pretty disappointed by that, my job would've covered the cost.

"At this point, the College is NOT offering the course. I apologize for the inconvenience. If anything changes, it will appear on the website."

Bummer.

Hi Erin,

Thanks for making the group on FB!

Yeah I also asked about the May course, since someone I spoke to last summer said they would be offering it and not to worry about it until after I got accepted. But, there not offering it anymore which I am also super bummed about, because that would've worked out well! The cheapest one I found was also $385 in Columbus. I couldn't really find any in Cleveland that were cheaper, and quicker classes...(not longer than 2-3 weeks!)

I'm hoping more people join our facebook group so we can get to know more people! :)

When are you planning to move to Columbus? So far, Ive just been looking for apartments that were short term or subleased until Aug. So I may have to move apartments in August..which would kind of be a pain!

Hey Mon23: I just signed up to take my STNA class at Premier Choice Health Service in Columbus for $385. Not sure how great the program is but I just want to save some money! My friend who started the GE NP program last year did his STNA class with Alia, but it cost about $500... he liked it, but not sure if it's worth the extra $115!

If any of you are not from Columbus and have questions about apartments and such, feel free to ask/PM me. I've lived in Cbus for several years and could maybe offer a tiny bit of insight!

Hey Jumping30, have you joined the FB group? Yeah, I think that is the one I will be joining as well. What is your first name so I can pm you?

Oh I just realized you can't PM on this site, oops. I am in the group already,

Oh, that makes sense. Thank you!

Hello everyone,

I applied this year for the 2015 cohorts. I was wondering if those of you who were accepted last year are still in the program and how is it going so far? Is it manageable with a family? I was asked to do a video interview today which I did but don't think I did well. did anyone of you have to do a video interview too, and do you believe it played an important factor in your acceptance? I am really nervous and the waiting is killing me. Thank you, I will take any input you guys have to offer.

Hi everyone! I was curious about what your respective GPA (both for major and prerequisites) were while applying? Additionally, I'm currently struggling with Anatomy and may end up with a B-, but plan on taking it again in the spring. Do you think that will exclude me from the program? I currently have a 3.7 Honors at Ohio State with GRE in the 97th percentile.

Cheers! :)
