LA County College of Nursing & Allied Health Spring 2019

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hi. I created this thread for those applying to LA County College of Nursing & Allied Health for the Spring of 2019. The online application opened up today (7/1/18) on their website. Is anyone else having trouble adding a College selection on the Education portion of it? I have also reserved a seat for their information workshop on July 3rd at 4pm. Anyone else attending??

The class will start with about 50 enrolled students. The point spread for each application cycle is different, so anything is possible. For the waitlist, I suspect that anything lower than 2 point off the cutoff will have a hard time getting a seat. Retake classes and keep applying if you do not get in. Getting 80+ points is the name of the game if you want the amazing lacconah clinical experience. Good luck and get some sleep.

Thanks for the information, hoping we hear back soon.

I just got my email of acceptance!

Congratulations! What was your point total? Did they tell you the cut-off?

I got my acceptance as well but I will be declining it. I also got accepted to COC and I live in Santa Clarita. As far as points, I was at 80-82 points.

I also received my acceptance letter today !!:) I had 80 points

Just curious has anyone received a rejection email yet ?

Congrats I got in as well. They did not tell me the points I got or cut off. But I calculated at 80-82

I'll see you in Dec :)

Hey all!

I applied for the 2 year even though I'm an LVN, and I got accepted! I'm hoping to call today and see if I can apply my acceptance to the LVN bridge, if not looks like I'll be doing the 2 year program, either way I'm just happy to be in!

It says we have to call or email to let them

Know if we accept. Do we just reply to the same email ?

I emailed my decline last night as a response the that email directly. They responded this morning so that should be sufficient!

I called today and accepted and they sent a follow up email with more information.
