I'm at 144.5 and applied to the LPN-RN Bridge and RN school. If I'm not mistaken the cutoff last semester was 135.

I work full time as a dialysis nurse, so I'm praying that I get into the Bridge program

How many seats are there for the rn bridge and the regular rn program?

From what I've read, 144 for Spring/Fall and 96 for Summer.

Hi everyone. I applied with 139.15/140 not including the possible 20 extra credit points. I received an email conformation saying "We have received your application for the Spring 2018 term and it is currently under review". Did anyone else receive a confirmation saying Spring 2018 and not Summer? I am SO anxious for the acceptance/denial letter!

Am I the only person that hasn't gotten any email letting me know they even got my application?

Curious does anyone know about the Lpn program, I realize people here are talking about the Rn program (which I'm an older student, not wanting Rn program at the moment) I'm just wondering if anyone knows how competitive it is to get In? I took the hesi and ect actually did pretty well over all 84. Thanks in advance

I have been a LPN for 7 years; currently 5 years as a Dialysis Nurse. I can tell you from experience, you are better off going to RN school and forgoing LPN all together. LPNs now days are pretty much regulated to a nursing home, and they are starting to migrate away from LPN's.

I wish I would have went straight to RN school instead of the LPN route first; ask any LPN and 90% would agree with me.

Kenny, hi I agree with you, I worked in a hospital for 13 years as a pct/unit coordinator and really have no desire to go back to the hospital. My mom is a retired nurse manager, daughter in laws that are rn's, I know what you are saying. I enjoy the older population as I also taught Hospice/ Alzheimer's classes for a home health company is the reason I'm looking at the Lpn program. Who knows I'll change my mind if I don't get in to the program this summer.
